HOM has a microloan program that we began after T/S Noel did so much damage. The program's purpose is to train people who wish to start businesses and then provide them a microloan to do so. We have had a few dozen individuals helped already. It is our plan to increase this effort to help folks recover from the earthquake. The scope of that ...
