Volunteer Positions:
Crew Member,
Rebuild Project
hang drywall, repair roofs, wire houses, install cabinets, paint interior walls and/or maintain lawns
None-training provided
1 day-1 year
Site Supervisor, Rebuild Project
train and supervise volunteers, coordinate supplies and tools, conduct site visits, develop project cost estimates and time line
Construction experience a must, experience managing work crews or volunteers preferred
1 week-1 year
Tool Organizer
Manage tool lending library, check tools in and out, repair tools, assist residents with tool demos
Expert-level knowledge of tools, tool safety and tool repair
1 day-1 year
Instructor
Teach “how to” seminars on building, refinancing, choosing insurance, lead therapeutic writing, teach computers or resume writing
Teaching experience preferred
1 day-1 year
Public Relations Specialist
Contact media, update website, host local events, author newsletter
PR experience preferred
1 month-1 year
Computer Specialist
troubleshoot, install software and hardware as needed
Intermediate or higher level of computers, popular software application and networking

Help with office tasks, manage phones, files, snack food
