An apple a day is out of reach for 38 million Americans. You can make a difference in the lives of low-income families, seniors and individuals threatened by hunger. Please help us reach our goal of distributing 28 million pounds of food this year.
Hosting a food drive is easy! You pick the dates; we deliver the food barrels to your office, place of worship or school; and then we pick up the full barrels when your drive is over. Use the materials listed below to help you with your drive. Or contact (415) 282-1900 for more information.
You can also collect financial contributions during your food drive. With every $1 donated, the Food Bank can distribute $9 worth of groceries, fresh produce, bread, dairy products and meat into the community.
