Food Box Distribution Assistants
We need people to volunteer during the weekday on a regular basis to help distribute Supplemental Food Program boxes. Register new clients for the program and assist seniors with the 35-pound food box at one of our numerous distributions located throughout the city. Please be comfortable working at public sites with seniors and women from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. Volunteers with Russian, Cantonese or Spanish language skills are especially needed. No experience necessary – just a desire to help your community.
