Volunteer Opportunities, In General * (ANY/ALL Types)

Collectively, a little help really does go a long way. The more we do together, the more effective we are at defeating hunger.

There are many ways that you can help the Food Bank Coalition in their efforts to combat hunger in the San Luis Obispo County.

Here are just a few...

Hold a food drive where you work, play or pray
Invite a speaker from the Food Bank to address your group or organization
Volunteer your time to sort, stock & bag food, or serve on a committee
Make a financial contribution by credit card or mail, Make a Donation Now
Make an ongoing financial pledge to help with operational expenses
Volunteer to glean agricultural products in a field or orchard in your area
Donate surplus food from your own garden or from your place of business
Donate equipment and/or supplies that can be used at our warehouses
Donate your expertise... can you drive a truck? paint a sign? organize an event?
Attend a Food Bank Fundraising event, like our annual Winemaker Dinner
