The Phoenix of New Orleans (PNOLA) is looking for qualified crew members for their rebuilding team! PNOLA is a disaster relief and neighborhood recovery association that focuses on the Lower Mid-City community of New Orleans. We have a full time rebuilding crew that works side-by-side with our short term volunteers. Our crew leaders do a variety of work: from leading groups of volunteers to managing construction sites. The rebuilding projects include sheet rocking, installing insulation, roofing, laying flooring, painting and more. We work Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are looking for hard working, motivated, and responsible applicants who enjoy meeting new people and who can withstand the summer heat!

We are also looking for Americorps members for our adminstrative & advocacy team, in particular an office manager and case manager. Our office manager handles finances, donors, volunteers, and day to day operations. Our case managements runs our case management program and works with our clients while coordinating jobs with our rebuilding team. We are looking for dedicated, hard working, and easy going people to join our office team!
