The MDCA Legal Action Group is chaired by MDCA member Steve McGlothen and currently consists of attorney Jennifer McQuarie, independent insurance adjuster Keith Hayman, multiple-disaster survivor Michael Andrews and attorney Kathy Palmer. Our immediate purpose is to facilitate understanding of homeowners insurance policy terms, illuminate the claim process, provide support in preparing loss inventory and investigating individual concerns on a case by case basis.
