Long Term Recovery Office provides the following services:

Case management: Individuals and families are seen by appointment only. Case managers are providing individuals and families with the following support:

Guidance through the process of securing community and government resources.
Building communities of support for individuals and their families.
Advocacy for individual rights and assist in developing legislation and/or policies to support those rights.
Providing long term support to assure self sufficiency

Financial assistance is very limited and based on individual needs after all other resources are exhausted.
