This group helps people reduce the electrical emanations from utility meters. New "smart meters" are like a microwave oven running 24x7 in your basement. If you have gas, electric AND water meters...that's like 3 microwave ovens running all day/night. AND it sends emanations (dirty electricity) all over your house, via "noise" that can be harmful to health, heart/safety monitors, etc.
The group has given up asking utilities to help and is instead showing people how to invoke "administrative law" to impose liability on these utilities when they do not help a homeowner get rid of these meters. To do this, they suggest that you use the templates provided to give notice to the companies.
