and job training programs, life-skill and child development
education, 24-hour staff support and other needed services;
capacity of 9 families.

It is the mission of Shelter to end homelessness in the
lives of individuals and families by providing housing
options and effective supportive services while promoting
policy and practices necessary to change those conditions
that create homelessness.
