Capitol City Family Health Center, a non-profit, Federally
Qualified Health Center, in Mid-City Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Currently serving individuals that are uninsured, under-insured,
Medicaid and Medicare Beneficiaries along with Hurricanes Katrina
and Rita Evacuees. We provide medical, dental, Prescription
Assistance, WIC, HIV/AID Testing and Counseling services based
on household size and income without regard to race or religious
affliation.
