two rescue boats, five Medical Intensive Care Units, and
several administration and prevention vehicles the Brownsville
Fire Department is among the best equipped in South Texas.

Brownsville Fire Department serves the Valley's largest city
from nine fire stations; a central station and eight sub-stations
located throughout the city, including the Brownsville-South Padre
Island International Airport.
