M.A.C. is an alliance of 501(C)3 animal welfare organizations
in Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties, in the state
of Texas, whose members have joined together in order to reduce
the killing of dogs and cats in municipal animal shelters and
humane societies.
