SURVIVORS. Need Goodwill Support? Find items you need that are being offered as donations by volunteers.

How AnySurvivor.org works:

Volunteers are provided contacts of Survivors and Hurricane Katrina / Rita Shelters on Need Help / Where To Send message boards. Volunteers read through the postings of Katrina Survivors and Katrina / Rita Shelters and select the victims/shelters they wish to support. Victims and shelters post what they want and need.

Volunteers use a search capability so they can identify easily what the survivors need most. All the survivors involved in this effort are or were in areas that were recently in harm's way. Volunteers send their goodwill support (letters and/or packages) directly to Survivors and Shelters with "Attn: Any Survivor " in the address.

35,000 Thanksgiving Meals are Needed

AnySurvivor.org has set a goal of 35,000 Thanksgiving Meals mailed, that's right mailed DIRECTLY to needing families in the Gulf Area. We are hoping you will visit www.AnySurvivor.org and see just how we are set up to get items directly to needing survivors. Pure GRASSROOTS. No agenda's period!

If you are a survivor, chances are you NEVER had to ask or accept help before. We know it is hard. We really treat you as a long time neighbor asking to borrow a leaf rake rather than asking for the first time for a Thanksgiving Meal donation. No problem... you will see.
