OHL/LSU Free Medical Clinic
Odyssey House hosts a medical clinic for the New Orleans community in collaboration with Louisiana State University (LSU) and assistance from Common Ground volunteers and LSU medical professionals.
The open-door outpatient clinic is free of charge for any New Orleans resident in need of physical or mental medical assistance.
Clinic staff addresses general physical and mental health needs, as well as complicated medical problems, and offers extensive help in dealing with post-traumatic stress and disaster-related conditions. In addition to health services, the clinic connects clients with other community services, and assists in applications for eligible benefits and aid as needed.
The Odyssey House Medical Clinic is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1PM to 5PM at 1125 North Tonti Street, New Orleans.
