Services include adult primary care, mental health counseling, geriatric care and health education. Spanish translation services are also available. The center's services are currently free but will soon be provided on a "pay-what-you-can" basis.

Our Services
* Medical Visits
Mon & Thurs: 8am to 7pm
Tues, Wed & Fri: 8am to 5pm
Behavioral Health Visits
Mon –Fri: 8am to 4:30pm
* Walk-in patients are welcome, and each patient can be assigned a primary physician to lead their medical home team.
* Additional services include on-site mental health counseling and behavioral health services, geriatrics care and reproductive health services.
* Reproductive health
* Health education
* Spanish spoken
* Free internet access and assistance
* All patient care is coordinated through electronic health records.
