El Dustberry Ranch

The El Dustberry Ranch is a unique ranch retreat located in the
Santa Monica mountains in Topanga Canyon. We use nature and
horses for learning and healing, providing a serene and peaceful
environment. We serve many communities, including people with
cancer, autism, learning disablities, substance or sexual abuse
recovery, and many more.

What We Do and How We Do It, Makes Us Unique!
Through interactions with our horses and nature in all of our
programs, we teach key principles of life, such as the power
of sharing, tolerance, respect, appreciation, cause and effect,
and that each of us makes a powerful difference. All of our
programs are infused with these concepts and promote healing
and learning in a unique way.

We Rehabilitate Horses.
Our rescue horses have healed under our care, and are the
foundation of all of our programs. Each horse has a history and
a story to tell that serves as teaching tools in our programs.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals who wish to give
back to the community by way of volunteering their time to make
a difference. We are seeking experienced professionals, retirees,
homemakers, and college interns to help us take our programs to
the next level. We are a non-profit organization, and we would
like to expand our ever-growing family to include the following

Hay, Water, Horse Trailer, Arena Cover, etc.

HANDYMAN:

Gates, fences, property maintenance, etc.

We also welcome young volunteers to help with everyday/light
maintenance of the property, and to assist our team before,
during, and after our programs.
