About New Hope Construction
Founded in 1996 by W. Russell Meade, New Hope Construction began with the vision of providing simple, quality built, affordable Pre-framed House Packages to churches and other non-profit organizations for low-income families and our "11th House" Program donates tithe houses. Our products and services are now available to the general public. All revenue generated supports the financial requirements of our mission and Seniors at Home. NHC's Seniors at Home is for seniors with limited income who need decent, affordable housing.
Founded in 1996 by Meade, NHC is a 501c3 Corporation that specializes in the construction needs of qualified, low-income families in order to provide affordable, decent shelter to those living at or below the poverty level. The goal of New Hope is to help end sub-standard and poverty housing.
New Hope designs and manufactures complete, pre-framed house packages used primarily by Habitat affiliates and other non-profit organizations. Packages are created to meet the specific needs of the recipient family, using floor plans supplied either by NHC or the Habitat affiliate. A typical complete, materials-only package costs less than $28 per square foot of living floor space, plus shipping charges.
