FROM THE WEBSITE:
de l'Epee Deaf Center was established in 1978 by the Diocese of
Biloxi. We are a multi-purpose social service agency serving deaf
persons of all ages, their families, and other agencies and
businesses who have deaf clients and need assistance in serving
them. Interpreting services are available to businesses and
organizations through the Center by appointment and for
emergencies.
