This project will require the home to be gutted, then repaired. The roof has been repaired and the subfloor leveled. This project must be completed by volunteers as there is insufficient funds available to use contractors. There is basic work to be done in the home, flooring, insulation, windows, and door frames. Material will be provided by agency.

This client has been in a FEMA travel trailer for 2 plus years. The client's health has deteriorated greatly since we started with the client and the home is going to have to be handicap accessible. It is a small home.
