Mission

Our mission is to aid families who have been devastated by natural disasters in the recovery and rebuilding process. We pride ourselves on being organized and efficient to maximize the time and effort put forth by our volunteers. Our goal is to provide not only a fulfilling volunteer experience, but an exposure to the culture and allure of the cities we aid resulting in a deepened appreciation for these areas. from website: Our Purpose
The mission of UnmetNeed.org is to seek out and serve unmet needs for communities in crisis.
We are a grassroots-focused, all volunteer, nonprofit organization that reaches out to people in need during different phases of disaster situations, from first response to long-term assistance, focusing on maintaining a positive supply of resources to the devastated communities. As a liaison between other emergency response organizations, donors, and volunteers, UnmetNeed.org helps needs and resources come full circle by applying the elements of our emergency response efforts: +Needs Assessments
+Information Networks and Community Education
+Resource Coordination and Logistical Support
+Mobile Emergency Feeding Our Guiding Principles
We believe in helping others with selfless motivation, compassion and respect for life, the highest level of integrity, and without discrimination of any kind.
We are dedicated to our mission of helping communities in crisis, addressing the worst needs first. Our small size enables us to act with efficiency and versatility; we are able to make immediate decisions in order to be most effective in serving those in desperate need.
