11/26/08 LTel Update:
Spoke to Stacy Maggoffin, the LTRC Director for this site and on 9/30/08 the Harris Fire LTRC changed hands and CRT, Inc. took over. Stacy no longer works for the LTRC.

LTel 5/20/08 UPDATE:
The Dulzura Community Ctr. has transitioned from a distribution and
feeding site to a long term recovery center.
Stacy Magoffin, CERT Director and Harris Fire Incident Commander
will be the Director for the LTRC.
They will have an Unmet Needs Committee.
Kiwanis will coordinate donations, details to follow.
