Wildfire victims with questions about building permits, please call the DPLU Building Division Wildfire Hotline at (858) 694·3876.
The Building Division offices at 5201 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123 are open from 8 am to 4 pm (7 pm on Thursdays) on weekdays with limited staff.
The Local Assistance Centers (LACs) are open. Please see the County of San Diego Recovery Homepage for more information. LAC hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
