2-1-1 is a toll-free phone number that provides information and referrals for health and social services and the latest information on the San Bernardino County Fires. Dialing 2-1-1 is the quickest way to access non-emergency resources for your family, your neighbors and your employees. Give Cash: Donate to the San Bernardino County Fire Recovery Fund! Donation of items from individuals and vendors: County Donations Center is open daily 7a.m. to 7p.m. Call (909) 386-9797 . (11/1/07 open for a few more days!) The County Donations Center is able to accept and/or route donations from individuals and vendors. Give Services: If your business or organization can offer assistance, contact Carol Baker to find out the most needed supplies at (909) 980-2857 ext. 204. Give your Time and Labor: Sign up to volunteer at www.HandsOnInlandEmpire.org.

COUNTY ASSISTANCE

Residents are encouraged to dial 2-1-1 or (888) 435-7565 for information on current fire emergencies, such as road closings, evacuation shelters, mail/postal information, school closings and free storage.

2-1-1 operators can also give callers information on shelter and housing, clothing, food and water, animal assistance, health care, government resources among other information.
