He is now at Double S Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc., but during his stay with his rescuer, he may have got kicked by a mule. He needs extensive eye care and his eye may have to be removed if it doesn’t heal. Radar is almost blind and hears very little, but it is unknown if a previous condition. He also needs shots and neutering. Sambo is a rescued all-black elderly gent of a cat and is about 20 years old. He suffered a very bad stress-related respiratory and eye infection following the October 2007 wildfires in San Diego County in California. Although his respiratory issues have greatly improved, he still has extensive problems with his eye and needs additional treatments.
