HOPE MEDICAL CENTRE
Hope Foundation for Women & Children of Bangladesh, Inc. is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of two Hope Medical Centres.
The First Hope Medical Centre is in Harbang, Cox's Bazar on land donated by Shameem G. Khan, Senior Vice-President of Hope Foundation.
The second Hope Medical Centre is in Khurushkul, Cox's Bazar on land donated by Dr. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, a Physical Medicine Specialist from Cox's Bazar.
Harbang Hope Medical Centre is located about 25 miles north of Cox's Bazar Hospital for Women and Children, and Khurushkul Hope Medical Centre is located 10 miles west of the hospital.
These rural medical clinics will serve as satellite clinics to Cox's Bazar Hospital for Women and Children. They are being established to provide much needed essential healthcare to the poor in rural areas far from the hospital.
The establishment of these Hope Medical Centre's marks a major achievement in the mission of Hope Foundation to provide the poor more access to healthcare.
It is the aim of Hope Foundation to establish more Hope Medical Centres in remote areas surrounding the hospital.
