The U.S. Small Business Administration is making low-interest disaster loans available to homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes and private and non-profit organizations that have suffered damages in the declared counties.
To be considered for all forms of disaster assistance, victims must first call the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at 1-800-621-3362. Additional details on the location of assistance centers can be obtained by calling the SBA Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955. The filing deadline to return applications for property damage is December 24, 2007. The EIDL deadline is July 24, 2008.

Street).
• Offers advice and legal services to Mexican nationals (“protection services”).
• Informs the Hispanic community about services provided by other agencies in the FELAC.
• The Mexican Consulate’s Personnel could assist other Agencies in amusements in Spanish; and Assists in the (verbal) interpretation between English and Spanish speaking individuals.
• Assists Mexican nationals in obtaining their birth certificates.
• Helps in filling out forms.
• Donates Hispanic books for children and parents.
• Answers questions about Mexico’s related issues.
