Physicians for Peace provides medical education and training, clinical care, and donated medical supplies to developing countries with unmet needs and scarce resources. - Service

Since the early 1980's, Physicians for Peace (Physicians for Peace) has sent teams of volunteers, including physicians, dentists, nurses and other healthcare providers, on medical education missions to places where their healing skills are needed most, including Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Central America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Our teams have united doctors from Iran and Iraq, Turkey and Greece, Palestine and Israel, the Philippines and Japan.

Becoming a Volunteer
Volunteers are the life blood of Physicians for Peace. They are the dedicated individuals who give of their time and resources to reach out to the world and help those in need. Physicians for Peace mobilizes volunteers in several categories: medical professionals, communications correspondents, administrative support, and mission support.
