To help you through the rebuilding process here are a few
things to consider:

Planning offices are waiving permit fees and foregoing much of
the paperwork to expedite construction if you are making NO
changes to your existing home's architectural plans.

If you plan to make changes, the time frame for re-construction
grows. Steps include: assessment, insurance claim and payout,
architectural plan changes, plan approval, contractor selection
bidding and permits.

Generally speaking, you will need to select a trusted builder,
framer, general contractor or remodeling contractor for
your project. Your contractor will help you through the
plan changes, approval, permits and bidding. Click here for
a list of recommended, licensed, bonded and trusted General
Contractors ? They can help you with all aspects of construction.
Lumber and building materials will be discounted on an individual
basis.
