GCHE is staffed by Registered Dietitian(s)and Certified Diabetes Educator(s). The group primarily provides diabetes, cardiovascular and weight management classes and individual health education when needed.
They see clients at various locations, of donated space, in Hancock County on Tuesdays.
Fees are based on time spent with client and if seen as an individual or in a class setting. Group follow-ups are free. Includes baseline health screenings (i.e. finger stick glucose, cholesterol, BP, weight) if self-referred or if information not provided by physician.
