CATHOLIC CHARITIES COMMUNITY CENTERS
Community Centers provide long term case management, with direct
assistance as part of a holistic approach to recovery.
**New clients are only taken on the 1st or 2nd day of each month.
Please call for an appointment. Only clients with an appointment
will be seen.**
Emergency Relief Services are based on a long term case management
structure. A case manager helps identify the client's need, and
by addressing this need, helps bring the client to self-sufficiency.
Services include referral, budgeting tips, employment training and
spiritual counseling. Financial assistance is available based on
the client's greatest need, which could include rent, food,
utilities, prescription drugs, furniture, crisis counseling,
and miscellaneous assistance.
