Mission: To ensure that every child in the child welfare system finds a permanent home with a loving family. To fulfill this mission, the agency offers a variety of services for foster care families, adoptive families, and families considering adoption:

Eligibility: Children in the adoption and foster care system. Adults wanting to adopt.
Service: Permanent

To decrease negative behavior and increase the potential for adoption, training, education and support programs are offered to the children and adults. There is a 24 hour hotline.
