Notes
New Facility Entries/Filling in the Blanks:
Organization: Search the ‘About Us’ and/or ‘Mission’ web page (typically ‘Non-Profit’)
Facility Type: Depends on the services they provide. If they are collecting donations and shipping to a disaster site (but have no 'boots on the ground'), they are a 'Donor'. If it's strictly informational data use 'Info/Hotline'. If they are a Food Pantry or have an address where survivors can show up to be served, they are a 'Walk-in Resource'. If they provide medical services they are a 'Medical Facility'. If they have volunteers on the ground doing long term recovery and rebuilding, they are a 'Volunteer Camp'. If they are a Food Bank or strictly warehousing supplies, they are a 'Warehouse'. If they are a supply distribution site they are a 'Supply POD' (Place of Distribution).
Management Contacts/Other Contacts: Search ‘Staff’’, ‘Contact Us’ web pages
Make Checks Payable To: Search ‘Donation, ‘How You Can Help’ web page
Notes: Search the ‘Home’, ‘About Us’, ‘What We Do’, ‘Who We Serve’, 'Web Updates', 'Projects' and/or ‘Mission’ web pages sections to find a short description of the facility
Needs: Search ‘Needs List’, ‘Wish List’, ‘Volunteering’, ‘Donate’, 'How you can help', 'Updates', 'Blogs' web pages.
