211 is a "central clearing house" for referrals for social services. A "one stop shop", if you will. Call them if you are in any kind of need, whether you are a survivor of a natural disaster survivor, or have suffered a personal disaster. The organization is a "referral-only" group. They will refer you to the actual group that will help you.
