Foundation 2 is a not-for-profit human service agency that offers crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. We are committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention, and helping build the foundation for stronger and healthier families and safer communities for everyone.

Foundation 2 continues to provide services during the flood of 2008. Although the severe weather continues to affect our offices:
*The Foundation 2 Independent Living Programs continue to work with youth scattered in apartments throughout Cedar Rapids. Foundation 2 Transitional Living has housing available for youth ages 16-21. Call (319) 368-3376 for more information.
* The Foundation 2 Crisis Center at 1540 2nd Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, continues to answer our 24-hour crisis line and United Way 211 calls during evening and overnight hours.
