Notes
Donice Rayford got permission to open the High School Gym Sun. 8/31/08 due to overflowing shelters in WA Parish. There are no kitchen or shower facilities and no supplies are being provided. Folks know that there are no meals being provided. It is strictly a bare bones shelter and not Red Cross or FEMA affiliated.
They have received evacuee's mostly from Orleans Parish, Slidell and Baton Rouge
