City opens up six locations for sand and sandbags
Monday December 03, 2007, 3:30 PM
Portland residents needing sand and sandbags can go to any of six locations. The city is not providing shovels and advises residents to bring their own.

The locations are:

1. Gabriel Park -- SW 45th Ave. and SW Vermont St., north lot
2. Lents Park -- SE 92nd Ave. and SE Holgate Blvd.
3. SE 108th Ave. and SE Foster Rd.
4. SE 112th Ave. and SE Harold St.
5. SE 117th and SE Brookside Drive
6. Westmoreland Park -- SE 23rd Ave. and SE Lambert St.
