EXPLANATION OF PROGRAMS
The Columbia County Flood Relief effort and Community Action Team, Inc., are working together to provide assistance to the affected communities. This assistance is not funded by donations. (Donations received are used to assist clients.) It is funded through various programs and/or grants and is provided at no cost to our clients. This assistance may include:
