January 2009 Pacific Northwest Floods:

Whatcom Humane Society (733-2080 ext 3002) is providing "temporary housing" for animals due to home evacuations. If you cannot take your animals to the shelter call 911 and ask for an animal control officer and they can arrange to pick them up.
