Free legal clinic available
The Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association will host a series of four free legal clinics to help those in Murfreesboro who have suffered tornado damage during last week’s storms. The clinics will be held 8 a.m. to noon April 18 and 25 as well as May 2 and 9.

Clinics will be held at the offices of Blankenship & Blankenship, PLLC, 307 Hickerson Drive in Murfreesboro.

Volunteer attorneys will help clients with legal advice on insurance policies/claims, contract reviews and general probate document preparation.

“This is the time for all of us to pull together and do what we can to help,” said John Blankenship, an attorney with Blankenship & Blankenship.

“It is important for tornado victims to understand that there will be issues come up that they might not have anticipated. We want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions and get good advice.”

For more information about the free clinics, contact Darwin Colston at (615) 896-4211. For directions, please contact (615) 893-4160.
