Request for Proposals - Disaster Recovery Assistance

The City of Austell, Georgia, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced individuals/firms for the clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris as directed by the City of Austell in order to provide disaster recovery services.
Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this project are instructed to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposals to this project prior to 10:00 AM, on Friday, October 16, 2009 to the office of Austell Public Works located at 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road, Suite 101, Austell, Georgia 30106. Qualified responses will be reviewed and ranked by an evaluation committee. Those firms short-listed may be selected for interviews and shall be prepared to make scheduled presentation to the evaluation committee, if required.
Evaluation criteria will include, but not be limited to: compliance with submission requirements; qualifications of proposer to meet the City of Austell, Georgia’s objectives; soundness and adequacy of the proposal to meet the technical objectives; and the proposed fee.
