Notes
System previously had 14 schools with 8,800 kids. Enrollment as of 2/15 was 1,800 and growing, all attending one building, from PK to 12. Expecting 25-30 more kids per week.
Challenge is finding teachers as enrolment grows because so many have had to move elsewhere.
All staff took a 25% pay cut.
All kids on free lunch because all are technically homeless.
FEMA trailers are just beginning to arrive.
What school really needs is MONEY!!!
