About this facility

Mission
Our Mission:
Hands and Feet Project exists to care for orphans and abandoned children of the world with the love of Christ.
Our Vision:
To raise a generation of orphans who will grow into men and women who will have a relationship with Christ and be leaders in their communities. It is also our vision to give people from our country the chance to experience the mission field and therefore be changed for the better.
Hands and Feet Project , a 501c3 non-profit organization, is a children's village in Jacmel, Haiti that was started by the band Audio Adrenaline in 2004 The land was purchased in late 2004, and construction began in early 2005. Our first little girl arrived in the spring of 2005, and we now care for 40 children ranging in age from 2 months to 9 years old. We are currently building more houses in order to be able to help more children who have been abandoned and will probably have over 50 children by the end of this year. We are hoping to replicate the model that brings artists/bands and orphanages together, with our next project starting soon in Nicaragua.

Hands and Feet Project Orphanage
For our next give love away endeavor we want to help the children of Haiti. We are partnering with the Hands and Feet Project, an orphanage in Jacmel, Haiti. This was an area, like many, devastated by the earthquake. The Hands and Feet orphanage was established in 2005 and houses 50 children and that number grows weekly. We are collecting donations starting at $15. Donations of $25 or more will receive a free Least of These tee designed by the folks at wethekingdom.org. Give today and help change a life in Haiti!

Help for Haiti
We are partnering with two incredible organizations that are mobilizing aid and relief in the aftermath of the devistating 7.0 earthquake.

WE ARE STILL SAFE!!

What a wake up call this morning!!!! Waking up to another earthquake this morning was NOT fun. We are all ok though... on edge, but ok. The 6.1 earthquake today was definitely felt here at the village. We don't know about how the town (of Jacmel) is yet. Drex has just taken some men to the airport so I am sure we will hear soon how things are.

Renee (at Grand-Goâve) wants everyone to know that "we survived the biggie again today. The office is still standing. The medical team is here and working in St. Etienne. Kevin and I are running around trying to coordinate things."

The H&FP is still bringing in relief to Jacmel!

The H&FP remains the primary organization bringing relief to our town of 50,000 people! We continue to coordinate relief flights of supplies from the States via Miami and Santo Domingo. Yesterday we received many plane-loads of vital supplies of medical and shelter supplies, as well as diapers and formula. We also received a water purification system that is capable of providing water for up to 5,000 people DAILY! Additionally, we are receiving over 10,000 packaged meals from Kids Against Hunger!
