Who Are We?
Crisis Relief:
Generous donations enabled us to deliver rice and beans in a time of crisis.
Dividing up beans to give to the families. Hope for Haiti's Children(HFHC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1995 to educate and care for the impoverished children in Haiti. We are meeting their needs through an education sponsorship program, health care services, orphan care, and crisis relief efforts. HFHC is changing the lives of impoverished children, one child at a time. This change is realized by restoring hope, by giving dignity through education, and by daily demonstrations of God’s loving compassion. We hope the time you invest in learning about this ministry will touch your heart and move you to action.

Cholera Outbreak plaques Central Haiti

"Haiti is in the news again with a quarantine disease. Cholera is killing several hundreds right now .The Artibonite river is the source of infection. As a worker of public health for 18 years, this could have been avoided. Poor hygiene and the lack of education have put us in this hole. We went to St. Mark Hospital and Mirebalais this afternoon to bring antibiotics and other medicines donated by Healing Hands International which can cure over 3,000 patients.
Dr Nelaton and other health workers are in CRITICAL NEED of help. There are several christian families infected. There is a restriction against using products from this river which are principal sources of provision for the area. There is a great emergency need for water, sheets, and hygiene kits to prevent imminent death. Pray for us as we face this."

Orphan Care
Hope For Haiti's Childen is committed to providing a safe and caring home for those in need. The Cazeau Christian Orphanage, managed by HFHC, is lovingly caring for the poorest of the poor, those who have no one else. One of the more tragic results of deep poverty is the inability to care for children. It is our fervent desire to build more orphanages in the future.

Health Care
In Haiti, what few health care services are available are also unaffordable for most families. Hope for Haiti's Childen is providing basic medical care for our sponsored children. We believe a healthy student is a more successful student!
At our largest school in Cite Soleil, we have a nutrition program in place which provides each child a hot meal at lunch each day. Our doctors and nurses have seen a marked improvement in their health and attribute it to our food program. It is our goal to establish a food program in each of our schools.

Crisis Relief
Haiti is a Carribbean nation lying in the middle of what is known as “Hurricane Alley.” Each year they are struck by multiple tropical storms and hurricanes. As a result, there is less food, more disease, decimated villages, and thousands of destroyed homes.
Through relief efforts, homes are rebuilt, food is distributed, and assistance is provided. Compassionate people from across the United States, and beyond, donate to help with relief efforts
