About this facility

Mission: The Family Center is an area not far from our orphanage that will house patients and their families, once they do not need doctor or nurse's care several times a day. There will be a doctor making rounds at the Family Center / "Tent City" on a daily basis. It is like these people are sent home for recovery, and "Tent City" is their home.

Once the patient doesn't require medical care three or four times a day, he or she will leave this recovery tent area, and go to "Camp Hope" that is set up on our land adjacent to LAC Village.

We also sent a Pastor to the "Displaced Family Camp," (Camp Hope) on our other LAC property, where we have been receiving families who have lost their homes.

With God's help, we are preparing for another day. We advise anyone wanting to come to Haiti, please, first ask the group you want to work with. Come self contained. Bring your own camping tent, food, water and any other supplies. Come in emergency crisis mode. Yesterday, six septic tank trucks came! Bobby
