HOSPITAL PILOT PROJECT
Hey kids...this is a sample for the "operational hospital" data entry effort. DO NOT DELETE without talking to Terra first. Dayle's doing the entry. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING without talking to Dayle or Terra first. It's a "pilot" with a new group of people directing us, so things will change and we may have to modify data as they figure out what's useful, if anything. Hang on tight...they may have a lot of data coming our way...

The words correspond with column headings in the Excel sheet. These are the columns that looked the most interesting to include. The columns that we deal with may change, so beware.
You have to use "dots" as separators to align the info in the Notes box. The dbase isn't set up exactly like they want, and we don't have any techs ready to go, but if this is useful like it is, we may end up with a large number of entries to enter soon... and then modify/tweak as this new set of users tells us what they want...
Choose the item below in the "availability" list to see the ones that are entered already. Use the SAME AVAILS as those, except that if it's a "field" hospital, it gets the extra "facility: field hospital" item.
