Eligibility Requirements: Lost everything to the Hurricane, has
no other resource

Documents Required: IDTF Referral form filled out by case manager
and signed by client

Description of Services: Has a variety of items for clients
including furniture, mattresses, appliances, paint, and rehab
materials. Inventory is dependent on donations and changes day
to day. Items cannot be held for a client. Client or case
manager has to pick up items. No delivery service available.
Client can be sent unattended by case manager as long as they
have a completed referral form.

1/24/07 Dan taken over from Van Richardon. Cb shipping five
pallets of paint plus 2-3 pallets of other construction supplies.

8/26: This facility serves ONLY the following counties: Hancock,
Harrison, and Jackson. You MUST talk to VAN RICHARDSON to see if
you qualify to get stuff from this site.

7/20, per Van Richardson: This site is a warehouse serving churches
and relief organizations in their rehab and rebuilding efforts.

NO WALK IN RETAIL SERVICE. This site serves organizations only, in
3 counties. (Jackson, Harrison, Hancock) Over 400 plus contacts~

Donations excepted for distribution within these counties and
distributed as needed.

Past BACKGROUND:

Dale and Jeannie Peercy of Ohio have over 20 yrs. of construction
experience, over 10 yrs. of disaster response training (including
Katrina), and have trained more than 500 people for disaster
response. They are currently facilitating training through
Lutheran Disaster Response and have created a curriculum that is
recognized by many of the disaster relief organizations including
the Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD). The
National VOAD is including the Peercy curriculum in their Long
Term Recovery Training Manual. The Peercy's will be traveling
on Monday, Feb. 26 but would entertain phone interviews at
937-393-6558.
