In a press release, the Rice Depot says they have flood buckets available and emergency meal kits for those affected. Disaster workers are also on the scene to help in any way they can.
They are also asking for volunteers to assemble disaster kits and other emergency supplies. An array of suggested emergency kit contents is listed here:

FROM THE SITE:
Disaster Relief Kits
Arkansas Rice Depot distributes Disaster Relief kits to disaster victims to help them get through a very tough time. Kits are also given to children in need whose parents don’t provide their basic needs. The kits provide comfort and a boost in self-confidence during what can be a very dark time. Your group can help us by assembling kits. We provide disaster victims with two types of kits: health kits and meal kits. Health kits provide soap, toothpaste and other personal hygiene supplies that may be lost in a storm. Food kits provide shelf-stable food so that a family can eat when they're stuck in a motel with only a microwave, or working long hours at their property with no time for a meal break.
