Notes
About Our Rescue Group
Backstreet Cats is a small cat rescue group in the west San Fernando Valley dedicated to helping the stray and feral cats. We spay and neuter at feral colonies in an effort to curb over-population. Our mission is to educate others on the importance of TNR by providing training, humane traps, arrange spay/neuter appointments at FixNation and work with you every step of the way.
Come Meet our Pets
By appointment in our homes or at Petco.
Our Adoption Process
An application is completed, a thorough interview and screening takes place, we have an adoption contract and an adoption fee to cover a portion of the initial veterinary expenses. All cats are spayed and neutered, vaccinated, deflead, dewormed and tested for FeLV/FIV before released to their forever homes.
We work in conjunction with CATS AT THE STUDIOS, INC. (CATS, INC.), a registered California 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue and adoption organization. With community support, Cats at the Studios, Inc. is able to accomplish hundreds of miracles a year.
