- Empowering trivial communities and raising their health status by assessing their current needs, utilizing their skills for their own development through their active participation by involving women at the household and regional level for bringing positive change in their culture, custom and traditions.

Strategies:
1.Hayat foundation does engage the gross root community Organization through participatory approach in its interventions such as Education, Health, Child Protection and Empowerment of Adolescents.
2.The Organization keeps the district government, Social Welfare Departments and concerned lined department in the loop to develop close liaisons.
3.The Local Leaders at gross level such as Union Council Nazims, Councilors, Number Daars and religious leaders are sensitized and involved in development process to create and enhance the sense of owner hip in communities.
4.Hayat Foundation undertakes coordinated intervention to minimize replication in working areas and believes in focused, specific and need-based activitiess.
5.Hayat foundation makes awareness right holders and duty bearers on Child rights, Child Protection and development issues.
6.Hayat Foundation provides healthy working environment and capacity building opportunities to its employees without any discrimination of gender, race, cast, region and religious.

Objectives:
To develop and upgrade health standards of the people especially from the low- profile communities through social mobilization.
To under take the issues related to Child protection from HIV/AIDS and other Sexual Transmitted Diseases through Life Skill Based Education, mother & child health care and family planning services. To motivate, mobilize, sensitize and promote the spirit of education among the duty bearers and right holders through participatory development techniques and linkages development with the Government and other similar organization. - Areas served
